Why is my refund taking so long?

I doubled the order by mistake. Can the second order be canceled?

Yes, your second order can be canceled if a member of our staff is notified within 24 hours after purchase. Please reach out to support@eelitehub.com with a subject line (duplicate order - cancel order). You may also call +14084803391. We are available Mon-Fri 9 am-5 pm EST.

It’s been days and I still don’t have my tracking number.

Orders are shipping 48 hours after you order. The tracking number then takes 3-4 days to be sent. Some orders due to stock issues may be shipped from our overseas warehouse which causes your tracking numbers to be issued 4-5 days after shipment. Please check your spam folder or search "eelitehub" in your inbox if it takes any longer than 7d after your order from our website.

I received an email letting me know my order was delivered but it hasn’t arrived yet.

A: If your order status shows as delivered but you haven't received it yet, here are some steps you can take:

 

1. Check with other recipients 

 

Your order could have been received by other members of your household, guards, receptionists, or lobby personnel on your behalf. You may also check your mailbox and with neighbors.

 

2. Check your local pick up points

 

Your order could be at your local pick-up point. A simple Google search of your area will show you them.

 

3. Contact the seller or courier service 

 

You can directly contact the logistics partner.

 

If you received a call or SMS from the Third-Party Logistics (3PL) Rider, consider reaching out to them to ask about your package. This may be due to the wrong tagging of orders.

 

4. Check your delivery address

 

Ensure that your delivery address is correct. On the order details page and order confirmation email, you can view your delivery address. 

 

5. Raise a refund request 

 

You may raise a refund request for non-receipt of the order as long as it has been over 14 days after you ordered it. UPS says this is not a valid tracking number

When your order is ready to ship, we assign the UPS tracking number. Until UPS scans that number and loads your project into the truck, it will show up as invalid.

 

If you attempt to track your order, try it after 8 pm ET or the following business day for best results.

It’s been more than 7 days and I still don’t have my order!

Orders can sometimes take up too 14 days to be delivered after the time you order due to some items coming from our overseas warehouse as well as various delays with our logistics partner.

Why nobody is answering the phone?

Due to an unusually high volume of inquiries, we may need more time than normal to answer your call. We apologize in advance for any delays and appreciate your patience and understanding.

Calls usually are answered after 10 minutes on hold in our waiting area. Please do wait until 10 minutes have passed until you hang up. Our team also strives to call all missed calls back on the same day.

What is the return policy?

We offer 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee Return Policy. If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us via email or phone call within 30 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a full or partial refund (if applicable). The sale or discounted items are considered final sales and cannot be returned for store credit or refunded to the original form of payment. How long does the refund take?

Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. All major credit card providers generally take 5-7 business days to process your refund before it appears in your bank account.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

The best way to change your order is to contact our support or simply give us a call during our business hours. If an order is shipped, we won't be able to make any changes to your order and you would need to place a new order.

I've changed my mind. How can I cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order 24 hours after placing it before the order is shipped out for a full refund. All you need to do is email us at support@eelitehub.com to cancel within the time period.

How do I return my order?

If your return is approved by our team we will send you a return label (with a tracking number) to send the package back too our warehouse.

Carrier tracking would provide you with up-to-date information about your package. Where is my order shipped from?

We currently ship all of our products from our warehouses in US.

When will you ship my order?

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Do I get a tracking number with my order?

Yes! Your post-purchase email includes your order tracking number (this is sent to you typically within 2-4 days after ordering - unless there is high demand) and a link to our tracking tool. Simply copy the tracking number provided within the post-purchase email and paste it into the tracking tab. Once you hit enter your tracking information will be available to you.
